3. Accounts & Wallets
The Service connects to non-custodial wallets you control. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, private keys, and any activity that occurs through your account.
4. Payments
Subscriptions and donations are processed on the Solana blockchain. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We do not provide refunds for completed transactions and are not responsible for network fees, delays, or losses.
5. Content
Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish. You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fanfun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
